Camp George opened in 1988 and is named after its founder, the late George Huysamer.
The 8 air-conditioned suites look over a dry riverbed from private decks, and each has a wall mural, a king-sized bed that converts to twins, a deep soaking bath and indoor and outdoor showers. The gardens are a feature in themselves, with tall fever trees and a collection of rare cycads around a fenced swimming pool. There is also a gym and a spa with 1 treatment room. Game drives, night drives and bush walks explore the Klaserie, and children are welcome from 8 years.
