Plains Camp has only 4 tents, in the style of an East African safari, inside the Kruger National Park.

Walks here are proper trails of up to 4 hours, not a short stroll after breakfast. The tents have en suite bathrooms with hot water and are set in a stand of acacia knobthorn. The style recalls a 19th century naturalist's retreat. There is a pool, and guests need to be 12 or older.
