NAKO Safari Lodge is about 1 hour from Johannesburg and 30 minutes from Pretoria, in the Dinokeng reserve, where the Big 5 live.
It is small, with 5 suites: family, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom options, some sleeping up to 4. A rim-flow pool looks over a waterhole, and a rooftop bar and deck sit above it. Children have a games room with a pool table, table tennis and air hockey. Evenings centre on the boma and firepit, with a pizza oven and a braai for relaxed dinners.
