Mthembu Lodge was built by hand by members of the Mthembu clan, on the bank of the White iMfolozi River in the mFulaWozi Wilderness.
Its suites are laid out in a circle: 7 with 1 bedroom, and 2 family suites that sleep 4 each. All have a king size bed, air conditioning, a private deck, an outdoor shower and a bath placed for the view. The main area has a swimming pool and a walk-in wine cellar. Game drives explore the reserve, and wildlife can be watched from the suites as well.
