Noka Camp stands on a 100 foot cliff above the Palala River, built so lightly that only 1% of the structure touches the ground.
There are 5 villas: 4 Villa Suites for 2 guests each and a 2 bedroom Family Villa sleeping 5, all with heated private plunge pools. The lodge has what it describes as South Africa's first solar walkway, and bathrooms have underfloor heating. The surrounding Lapalala Wilderness Reserve covers 50,000 hectares, is malaria free and is home to the Big 5. Because of the clifftop position, children under 10 are only accepted when Noka is booked exclusively.
