More than 130 rock art sites, some over 10,000 years old, are spread across the 7,500 hectare reserve at Bushmans Kloof in the Cederberg Mountains.
A Heritage Centre holds San jewellery, hunting equipment and musical instruments, with a curator on hand to explain them. Accommodation is in rooms, suites and private villas: the 7 Luxury Rooms have private patios, and the Niven Family Deluxe Room has 2 en-suite bedrooms, a lounge and a terrace. Koro Lodge, a private villa, takes up to 6 adults and 4 children and comes with a chef, a guide and a heated pool. There are 4 swimming pools, a spa and 4 dining venues.
