Babylonstoren is one of the oldest working Cape Dutch farms in the Winelands, a 200 hectare estate at the foot of the Simonsberg with a garden inspired by the Company's Garden in Cape Town.
Guests stay in Farmhouse suites, Garden Cottages, Fynbos Cottages or Family Houses, and the Fynbos Cottages have a glass-walled kitchen, a fireplace and 1 or 2 bedrooms. A stay includes breakfast, a guided garden tour, a cellar tour and wine tasting, plus bicycles for getting around the farm. The spa has a sauna, steam room and heated vitality pool, and the swimming pool is a restored farm reservoir. Babel, the Greenhouse and the Old Bakery handle meals.
